Anglian chief foregoes bonuses
Outgoing Anglian Water chief, Peter Simpson, has “voluntarily waived all bonuses he is entitled to”.
The company reported that Simpson's decision to forego bonuses “was in advance of Remuneration Committee discussions and includes personal objectives and Group bonus.
“He did this on the basis he felt that the organisation’s performance on serious pollutions, whilst showing signs of improvement in the second half of the year, did not meet our commitment to our customers and stakeholders.”
