Affinity offers sign language service

Affinity Water has started offering customers who have difficulty hearing the option to contact it through a video interpreter using British Sign Language’s InterpretersLive! service.


The service, provided by Sign Solutions, is available on-demand seven days a week via the StarLeaf app, or can be pre-booked for any time on any platform.
