Retailers have ranked Affinity Water as the best performing wholesaler in the second ever Retailer Measure of Experience (R-MeX) survey, the results of which were issued by MOSL last week. Affinity secured the leading overall performance score of 7.9 compared to a market average of 7.3.
Other top performers were Portsmouth and Yorkshire (7.7 each), and Anglian and United Utilities (7.6 each).
Severn Trent was at the bottom of the table (6.6), closely followed by SES Water (6.8).
The market average score was down slightly from 2020, when it stood at 7.4.
MOSL conducted the survey in August and September and received completed responses from 14 retailers representing 98.2% of the supply points and 93.6% of the consumption in the market.
The next survey is scheduled for February 2022 and the results expected in March.
