Business Stream regains £200m contract for Scottish procurement framework

Business Stream, has won the £200 million Scottish Government Public Sector Procurement Framework for water and wastewater billing services.

Under the three-year contract Business Stream will provide water and waste water services to Scottish public sector bodies including local authorities, NHS Scotland and Scottish government. Business Stream previously lost the contact in 2016 to Anglian Water Business – now half of the Wave joint venture with Northumbrian Water Business.

A Scottish government spokesperson said: “Following a robust evaluation process, Scottish Water Business Stream were identified as offering the best balance of quality and price for the public purse”
