Amey appoints new head for utilities

Amey has appointed Andy Halsall as new managing director for utilities to its executive team with immediate effect.

Halsall (pictured) has succeeded David McLoughlin. He is a former business improvement director at Mitie and has “extensive experience in large business improvement projects,” Amey said.

Halsall’s appointment was one of two new managing director appointed following the arrival of Amey’s new chief executive, Amanda Fisher, in December 2019.
