Nottingham is second city council to bag self-supply licence

Nottingham City Council has secured its self supply water and sewerage licences.

It is the second local authority to opt to buy water and wastewater direct from its wholesaler, following in the footsteps of Blackpool Council. Nottingham is one of the few self suppliers acting without the support of Waterscan.
