Business Stream appoints new director of business transformation

Business Stream, has appointed Margaret McLay

as its new director of business transformation.

McLay (pictured) will be responsible for leading the delivery of Business Stream’s transformation programme. She will report direct to its chief executive, Jo Dow.

She joins the water retailer from Tesco Bank where she was head of management operations. previously she was head of information technology at HBOS.
