Consultancy trio wins strategic modelling deal with Anglian

Anglian Water has awarded a contract for a strategic modelling study to Atkins, in collaboration with Black & Veatch and RPS.

Under the contract the three companies will explore the early development of proposed pipeline schemes that could overhaul eastern England’s water supplies. They will run a feasibility study to deliver a conceptual base for the Strategic Pipeline Alliance that will bring on the asset delivery process. And they will demonstrate a hydraulic model of Anglian’s existing and new assets to its stakeholders.

The work is due to be completed by December 2019.

The trio’s track record in collaborative framework delivery in the water industry, includes being part of Thames Water’s eight2o alliance and of a joint venture for Scottish Water.
