Atkins appoints new water market director

WS Atkins has appointed Richard Whale as its new water market director.

Civil engineer, Whale, will be responsible for leading the company’s drive for further growth in the UK and overseas water markets. He has been with Atkins 18 year s and has held a number of “senior leadership roles” with UK water companies.
