Ofwat launched its Spark! digital campaign to prompt water companies to be more innovative on Tuesday. The first programme, Finding the spark #Findingthespark covered what innovation means to different people, why companies innovate and how it can be beneficial.
Water companies and others took to social media throughout the week to comment and respond, and Ofwat reviewed this feedback on Friday live on Twitter.
The next broadcast is at 11am on Tuesday and will explore the culture of innovation.
