Tune it tomorrow at 11am to the first broadcast of Ofwat’s digital campaign to prompt water companies to be more innovative. Entitled Spark! the campaign runs throughout February with two programmes a week. Each week has a theme, as follows: the tangible benefits of innovation for companies and their customers; how to create a culture which nourishes innovation and creative thinking; the benefits of collaborating with others; and how the water sector can keep pace in a rapidly changing and increasingly dynamic world.
Made in-house by Ofwat staff, the broadcasts will feature experts from a range of companies and sectors including BT, Microsoft and Bio-Bean, each of whom will be sharing their insights on innovation. Senior director John Russell said Ofwat was trying to “lead by example.”
