Business Stream and Veolia have enhanced their partnership by signing a £10m deal that will see the water supplier providing retail services to 300 Veolia sites in England. The two firms have partnered since before the English market opened to enable Business Stream to offer its customers specialist resource management expertise, courtesy of Veolia.
Business Stream chief executive, Jo Dow (pictured), said: “Our partnership with Veolia is enabling us to enhance our offering to customers and we are now looking forward to building on our relationship by providing retail water services to Veolia’s sites. We will be working with them to deliver savings and to generate water efficiencies across their English estate.”
Veolia’s chief operating officer – UK Municipal Water & Ireland, John Abraham, commented: “Our partnership with Business Stream has provided insight into the retailer’s level of expertise and its passion for delivering a first-class customer experience so it was the obvious choice for us.”
