Aquaflow wins business retail licence

Ofwat this week has granted a water and sewerage licence (WSSL) Aquaflow Utilities taking the list of players in the non-household market in England and Wales joining since the market opened last April to 25 excluding three self-supply licence holders.

Ofwat senior director, Emma Kelso described hitting the 25 retailers mark as a “positive start to 2018.” She added: “We are encouraged to hear retailers saying they will provide exceptional customer service to customers. We hope businesses, public sector organisations and charities continue to interact with the market and take full advantage of either renegotiating with their existing retailer or shopping around for the deal that suits them best.”
