• CPM003 – Ofwat last week accepted a proposal to change the Market Arrangements Code to revise the composition of the Market Incident Management Plan Committee. This will be implemented on 1 December.

• CPW024 – Ofwat also accepted some administrative changes proposed by MOSL to the Wholesale Retail Code, concerning how settlement reports are identified. These will also be implemented on 1 December.

• The regulator also announced it had rejected Wholesale Retail Code change proposals CPW012 (on adding flags to settlement reports to identify the method of volume estimation used in settlement calculations) and CPW013 (on meter read validation)
