Environment secretary reappoints Natural England non executives

Environment secretary, Andrea Leadsom, has reappointed Julia Aglionby, Andy Clements, Teresa Dent and Simon Lyster for second terms as non-executive director on the board of environmental guardian, Natural England. And Nigel Reader’s second term of appointment has been extended by 12 months from 1 June 2017.
The reappointments will run from 14 July 2017 with of one of Aglionby, Dent and Lyster running for two years and Clements’ for three years.
Their duties will include lead roles on some issues and with local operational teams.
Natural England’s remit is to ensure the natural environment is conserved, enhanced and managed for the benefit of present and future generations.
