Mayes takes customer director post at Business Stream

Business water supplier, Business Stream, has appointed Jo Mayes (pictured) as its customer operations director. Mayes joins Business Stream from insurance firm, Standard Life, where she was head of customer experience. She was previously head of credit strategy in Scottish Power's energy retail division.
