"Your water, your say" sessions to get underway

This week will see the first in a series of online public meetings for customers and stakeholders to have an open say about water company plans for 2025-30.

The ‘Your water, your say’ sessions have been prescribed by Ofwat as part of its PR24 methodology.

The sessions will be chaired by an independent moderator and are open to everyone. Each water company will hold its first meeting by the end of June and registration will be open for six weeks in advance.

Anglian Water is holding the first meeting, this Thursday.
