Wave retains 94% of London public sector framework customers

Wave has reported retaining 94% of the London public sector customers it won in 2018 under the London Energy Project, following the dissolution of that framework.


The company said it had demonstrated commitment to and expertise on the accounts, and had delivered excellent service, competitive pricing and regular reporting as well as water efficiency and “an array of social and environmental initiatives”.


It added that, in renewing with Wave, the London public sector customers will go on to benefit from new initiatives including a slice of Wave’s commitment to reduce water consumption by 9.4m m3 and cut carbon emissions by 3.7m kg by 2026 through working collaboratively with customers.
