Water2business acquires Regent Water customers

Water2business has acquired the customers of Regent Water, after the latter’s decision to exit the non household retail market.

Regent’s 155 supply points have been transferred to Water2business after the acquisition on 1 February, and Water2business will now provide billing, meter reading and customer services to the affected customers.

Managing director of water2business, Charley Maher, said: “We are very pleased to be welcoming Regent Water’s customers to water2business, and the team are already working hard to ensure the transfer goes smoothly. Our new customers are joining the market leader for operational and complaint performance, and we’re looking forward to serving them in the future.”

Water2business serves 80,000 customers nationwide.
