Watchdog targets second week in March for PR19 appeal decisions

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is now targeting the week commencing 8 March to deliver its 2020-25 price redeterminations for Bristol Water, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and Northumbrian Water to Ofwat.

The CMA has updated its administrative timetable, moving the target date from “late February” to the second week of March. The statutory deadline for the appeals to be concluded in 18 March.
