Southern Water sets out its turnaround ambitions

Southern Water has published a plan, detailing how it intends to deliver a “short sharp ambitious improvement by 2025, particularly in terms of our environmental performance”.

he company has targeted four outcomes under its "Turnaround Plan" together with targets the company is aiming for by 2025, and what customers can expect to see by 2030.

These concern:

a reliable water supply for customers;

healthy rivers and seas;

trusted and easy customer service; and

empowered and supported colleagues.
