RSK joins Binnies and Salix subsidiaries in joint venture
Environmental service provider, RSK, has formed a partnership between two of its subsidiaries which it claims will “create low-carbon and carbon-negative solutions that will reverse the effects of water pollution and biodiversity loss while providing long-term financial benefits.”
The partnership, Solutions By Nature, combines RSK subsidiary, Binnies, acquired in January this year, in a joint venture with Salix which RSK acquired in February 2020.
It will, according to RSK, deploy “natural processes and materials, including peatland restoration, green infrastructure, river restoration and integrated constructed wetlands.”
