
Environmental, engineering and technical services business, RSK Group, has acquired water research and innovation service specialist the Water Research Centre (WRc) and its IT subsidiary Cognica.
WRc chief executive, Mark Smith (pictured), will continue to lead WRc and Cognica as they become part of RSK’s agriculture, land and property management division.
