RSK acquires control and automation company, Proeon Systems

RSK Group has acquired control and automation systems integrator Proeon Systems to its swelling business portfolio.


Proeon specialises in solving control and monitoring issues in harsh environments, including nuclear power plant, offshore wind and subsea oil and gas plant.


The Norwich-based business was established in 2004 Proeon Systems’ current managing director, Richard Miller, will continue to lead the business.


RSK comprises more than 150 environmental, engineering, and technical services businesses with 10,000 employees. The company operates in most sectors of the economy, including many of those most critical to future global sustainability such as water, energy, food and drink, infrastructure, urban development, mining, and waste.


It has been on a long running acquisition trail bagging more than 40 companies during the past two financial years including many operating in the water sector.
