MOSL calls for trading party nominations to the new Code Change Committee

MOSL has invited wholesalers and retailers to nominate trading party candidates to sit on the new Code Change Committee, by 17 December.

The committee’s two retailer and two wholesaler members will be responsible for reviewing the contents of the market codes and making recommendations on code changes to Ofwat. They will be joined in the new year by other members. This follows the first meeting on the new Strategic Panel.

Appointments to the Code Change Committee are expected to be made at the end of January/early February 2022.
