Essex & Suffolk Water launches diversity commitments

Essex & Suffolk Water has developed a raft of diversity and inclusion commitments.

These include to work with diverse recruiters; to diversify the supply chain; to upgrade HR systems to allow people to self-disclose diversity characteristics at any stage of employment; and to launch a four-year diversity and inclusion strategy featuring online learning and the establishment of employee support groups.
