Energy & Utility Skills has urged all organisations in the water, power, waste, and gas sectors to take part in its annual inclusion measurement survey to enable it to benchmark their data more precisely.
This year’s poll will be the membership organisation’s third with, it said, more than 50 chief executives “making a commitment towards improving equality, diversity, and inclusion within the sector” during the previous two. Energy & Utility Skills monitors those commitments and the actions being taken through its Inclusion Measurement Framework.
It said the survey will be extended to include senior leadership teams.
Organisations can register HERE now, to submit their data from 1 September until 14 October 2022. Participation is free of charge to any company within the sector.
