Competition watchdog publishes its full PR19 redeterminations report

On Friday, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published chapter and verse on its final determinations in the PR19 appeal cases of Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water, Northumbrian Water and Bristol Water.

Publication of the 1,239-page full report and appendices followed a summary released on 17 March, in which the CMA confirmed a headline rate of return of 3.2% in CPI-H real terms and a £400m totex boost for the firms.
