CCW tracks user views on Covid, profit and support for vulnerable

CCW has started publishing data from its new customer sentiment tracker, WaterVoice.
In May, the water watchdog focused on the impact of Covid 19 on householders and businesses; asked participants about the best ways to help customers who are financially struggling; and about how water companies should use any additional profit they make.
The results can be viewed HERE
WaterVoice, launched this year, tracks views from hundreds of water bill payers across England and Wales to help CCW keep its “finger on the pulse of water consumers’ views”.
