British Water extends the deadline for its annual water company performance survey

British Water has extended the deadline for the supply community to rate water company performance.

Responses to its annual UK Water Company Performance Survey – which asks contractors, consultants and suppliers to rate their clients’ performance in 11 areas, including innovation, professionalism, contractual approach and communication – is now open until 31 October.
