Affinity has a laugh live streaming for chalk streams

by Karma Loveday

Affinity Water took a dip into comedy last week to convey a serious message about water use and chalk stream health by hosting a live stand-up gig, literally in the River Chess.

Headlined by Bake Off and QI star, Sandi Toksvig, for a VIP audience, Stand-up for Our Streams was part of Affinity Water’s SOS: Save Our Streams campaign, through which it is urging the public to address water-wasting behaviours to protect the UK’s precious chalk streams, and providing tailored water saving support via SaveOurStreams.co.uk. Affinity Water customers currently use 13 litres more water per person per day than the national average.

Footage can be viewed at SaveOurStreams.co.uk.
