S&P scores Tideway high on sustainability
S&P Global Ratings has scored Thames Tideway’s environmental and societal impact at 74/100 which, according to the rating agency, shows “sustainability is well-embedded in the company’s strategy and operations.”
S&P said the score “reflects Tideway’s high governance and social standards” which, it said were, in part, down to its regulation as well as its strong safety track record.
S&G said its Environmental, Social, and Governance Evaluation of Tideway showed the company to be “adequate” in its preparedness “reflecting the company’s unique and specific purpose, which limits its exposure to long-term strategic risks and ability to capitalise on future opportunities.”
