Castle and Affinity for Business complete merger

Castle Water has formally completed its merger with Affinity for Business.

The combined entity now serves around 400,000 business customers, and the Affinity for Business Welwyn Garden City office is now a new hub for Castle Water in the south of England.

Castle said: “The merger will allow more efficient billing, reduced administration and improved customer service for the many Affinity for Business customers already served by Castle Water.”
