Pennon Water Services takes on Tor Water customers

Pennon Water Services has taken on the customers previously supplied by Tor Water in South West Water’s wholesale area, under a direction from Ofwat under the Interim Supply Code.

This follows South West Water’s termination of Tor’s contract following a long series of outstanding undisputed payments and regulatory interventions.

• Lewis Orr, deputy contract manager at Pennon Water Services, has been named as the South West’s 2020 Rising Star by the Institute of Water. Along with other regional rising stars, 26 year old Orr will spend the next 12 months meeting some of the key players in the industry.
