Consumer Council for Water rebrands

The Consumer Council for Water has rebranded as "CCW – the voice for water consumers."

The watchdog said the new look (pictured) was inspired by consumers and will be accompanied by an improved “‘tone of voice’ to ensure we speak the same language as consumers, whether that’s resolving their complaint or providing advice on everything from saving money to securing extra support from their water company.”

The previous Consumer Council for Water name and logo has remained largely unchanged since the birth of the organisation in 2005.
