MOSL gets green light for its 2020-21 business plan

Wholesalers and retailers in the business market approved market operator MOSL’s 2020-21 business plan on 31 January.

The plan includes a budget of £11.2m, up 4.7% on the current year, and is intended to make the market “easier to do business” in. Its five key themes are: service excellence, market assurance, market improvement, governance and building capacity.

MOSL said there will also be a strategic review of metering in the coming year, which was highlighted as a priority market issue at MOSL’s November CEO Forum.
