Mayes wins customer experience award

Business Stream customer operations director, Jo Mayes, has been, crowned Customer Experience Professional of the Year at the 2019 UK Customer Experience Awards.

Mayes (pictured) was appointed Customer Operations Director of Business Stream in May 2016

The water retailer won gold in the business customer category and received bronze awards in the Utilities and Customer Centric Culture categories.
