Market performance payments to go out within six months of year end

Trading parties due payments when Market Performance Standards charges are redistributed will receive these no later than six months following the end of the relevant financial year.

Ofwat will implement this via a change to the Market Arrangements Code (CPM014) on 26 July. It It said the six month period is defined to allow for any disputes to be notified. There was previously no defined timescale for the payments.
