South West bags customer care trophy as water sector takes eight finalist places

South West Water has bagged a UK, multi-sector customer service award after gaining one of eight finalist places held by water sector players among 15 award categories.

South West won the TLF Best Return on Customer Service Investment Award at The Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards last week. The other water sector finalists were Northern Ireland Water, United Utilities (two nominations) Business Stream, South Staffs Water and Echo Managed Services, Scottish Water and Severn Trent Water.

Large and small organisations were among the contestants and they included entries from the public sector, telecoms, financial, energy and travel sectors.
