Thames top-table overhaul continues with ex-Easyjet non-executive appointment

Thames Water has appointed Catherine Lynn to its board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 28 November 2018.

Lynn (pictured) is a former group strategy and commercial director at EasyJet and played a lead in Europe’s low cost aviation sector for 20 years, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. She has more than ten years non-executive experience, including seats on audit and risk and chair of remuneration committees with Airport Coordination and student accommodation provider, Liberty Living.

The announcement follows the recent appointments of independent non-executive directors Alistair Buchanan and Jill Shedden, as Thames Water’s board restructure nears completion.
