South East Water wins endorsement for service to vulnerable customers

South East Water has won kite mark certification for its service to vulnerable customers.

South East is the first water company to receive the British Standards Institution (BSI) verification certification for BS 18477 which demonstrates that it has “the relevant policies and procedures, training plans and fair and accessible practices in place when dealing with consumers,” said BSI.
