MOSL chief executive Chris Scoggins characterised the first 12 months of the non household retail market as “a year both of successes and of lessons learned” as the market operator published its first Annual CEO Market Review.
The report provides information on market activity from April 2017-18 as well as an overview of the changes considered by the industry Code Panel, improvements made to the central market systems, and the work supported by MOSL-led industry groups such as the User Forum and the Digital Strategy Committee. It also considers the key areas of focus for year two, such as the approach MOSL will take in collaboration with the wider industry to address key market issues and drive forward market improvements.
