Wessex wins customer service accolade
Wessex Water has won a Customer Service Excellence accreditation from independent inspection organisation SGS with its work to help people who are struggling to pay their bills highlighted in the SGS report.
The report said Wessex demonstrated a “clear and effective customer focus.
“Following the assessment, Wessex Water was found to have a deep understanding of and commitment to customer service excellence," SGS said.
Wessex previously won the award in 2008.
