British Water seeks new chief as Martin retires
British Water, which represents the UK water industry’s supply chain, is searching for a new chief executive following the decision of Lloyd Martin (pictured) to retire during 2018 after two years in post.
British Water chair Chris Loughlin said an ambitious chief executive officer was sought. “We want to continue to diversify and develop our membership base, and ensure a more integrated approach to capital delivery by water companies and their supply chains as we move towards the next price review under a new regulatory framework.”
The International Water Association has announced the re-election of Diane d’Arras as president. The Association’s Governing Assembly, meeting recently in Prague, voted unanimously to reelect her to serve a second two-year term.
