Water2Business appoints new operations director

Water2business has appointed Lynne Stephens as its new director of operations.

Stephens (pictured)

has more than 35 years’ experience within the water industry, with a history of customer service, credit management, meter reading and collections.

Water2business said Stephens will focus on building the company’s presence in the market and on expanding the experienced account management team to support business growth.

The company recently added to its account management team with its appointment of Andy Coates, Maddie James and value added services specialist, Chris Morgan. The team provides customers “a tailored service, from expert advice on water efficiency to help businesses reduce costs, to assisting with trade effluent consent and detecting leaks.”
