Echo appoints director for programme to upgrade billing operation

Outsourced customer contact firm Echo Managed Services has appointed Greg Horne as director of a programme to produce a new cloud-based billing operation for the global utility market.

Horne joins from Affinity Water where he drove multiple transformation programmes.
