Deryck Hall's last week

May 21, 2017

CC Water's head of policy and reserch Deryck Hall is to retire on Friday. He will be succeeded by Mike Keil (pictured).

Hall has championed the interests of water customers for 28 years, starting at Ofwat shortly after after privatisation, moving to WaterVoice in 2002 and to CC Water in 2005. He has been at the heart of the three most recent price reviews and played a supporting role at the two before that.

In our next issue (June) he reflects on consumer engagement and representation across the years and looks to the challenges ahead.

THE WATER REPORT wishes him all the best in his retirement, and welcome his successor.
