Wessex appoints MWH as AMP6 advisor

Wessex Water has appointed MWH to provide technical consultancy to support its AMP6 investment programme.


MWH – recently acquired in a US$795 m deal by Canada-based Stantec  – will support Wessex Water’s in-house design team covering water and wastewater services.


The contract will run from April 2017 to 31 March 2020 and includes an opportunity to continue through to AMP7.


MWH UK managing director, Cath Schefer (pictured), said MWH would work “collaboratively and innovatively” with Wessex.
