MOSL appoints former rail chief to succeed Jeffs

Former National rail enquiries boss Chris Scoggins and will take over from Ben Jeffs in early June as chief executive of MOSL.

Scoggins (pictured) distinguished himself at National rail enquiries by growing the business eight-fold and achieving market leading status while cutting costs. He subsequently established a data services company to develop a market in rail data products.

Most recently he has been working in interim managerial roles with various companies.
