Gemserv picks up people accolade

Gemserv has won an Investors in People (IIP) gold standard certificate – the people management organisation’s second highest award.

The award was “a huge achievement” said Gemserv adding that it marked Gemserv’s commitment to cultivating talent which was one of its three strategic objectives.

Gemserv said the IIP auditor described it as “a thoughtful employer” and said its efforts to create a good working environment and work-life balance were “impressive”. Gemerserv said IIP highlighted its “clear strategy, developed with the input of staff, building belief in the vision of the organisation and commitment to its success. People take pride in what they do and how they do it.” It went on the say the IIP auditor and found “excellent evidence of home grown talent” who had “progressed from entry level roles to senior management.”
